Case Study MOSH & MOAH Removal from Lampante and Pomace Olive Oils

This new case study presents a process for the removal of MOSH and MOAH from lampante and pomace olive oils, with achievable MOAH levels of 10 ppm, 5 ppm, or below 2 ppm.

The short path / molecular distillation process is fully continuous and purely physical, requiring no chemicals.
It enables targeted removal of MOAH, while MOSH is co-removed as an additional benefit.
The solution is fully designed to meet all mandatory EU MOAH limits that will be implemented in the coming years.
